DEPOSITS AND CANCELLATIONS POLICY

For all direct bookings made with us, we require payment for your first night’s stay as a deposit.

 

Once the deposit is received we will confirm the booking with you by email.

We hope you won’t need to cancel your booking, but if you do, the following will apply:

​

  1. For cancellations made with seven or more days notice in advance of the booking date, we will refund your deposit in full.

  2. For cancellations made with three to six days notice in advance of the booking date, we will refund half of your deposit.

  3. For cancellations after this time, the deposit is non-refundable.
